In 2024, the Swiss four-piece celebrates its 20th anniversary and, in addition to several line-up changes on drums and bass, has three full-length albums, an EP and a split EP, and can boast well over 100 national and, above all, international concerts, during which they have played at renowned festivals in the scene, such as Roadburn and Doom Shall Rise, or supported bands such as Place of Skulls, Amenra, YOB or Crowbar. The atmospheric and unique sound of shEver: Graceful and sentimental-ritual riffs between mysticism and despair meet an always powerful drumming. This is supported by a continuously pushing bass and vocals characterized by screams and growls, which pours over the sound like a cold shower and vehemently screeches forward. Creeping and yet full of power, shEver unstoppably heaves itself forward; a river that leisurely and at the same time constantly digs out its own bed -raw violence and aesthetic elegance in one.
